B-Fit Fitness Tip: The Squat Matrix

This video, featuring yours truly, is a taster to one of my favourite exercises to help burn fat — the Squat Matrix:

 

One of the reasons why I love this exercise so much, is because it not only works on the big muscle groups in your body that will boost your fat burning metabolism, but it also helps to tone ‘problem’ areas like your bottom, inner thighs and hips. And because this exercise is particularly efficient at helping you burn fat, you’ll also notice a difference on your tummy, shoulders, arms and other flabby bits if you add them to your daily routine.

You can easily incorporate the Squat Matrix into your existing home workout or gym routine. And even if you don’t currently have a home exercise program, you can start by doing the Squat Matrix twice a day, repeating the sequence six times.

Whenever and wherever you do the Squat Matrix, make sure that you do a warm up to start. If you’re a beginner, the leave the weights alone until you finish warming up.
