B-Fit Exercise Of The Month: Front And Side Lunge With A Twist

This compound leg exercise is one of my favourite efficient fat burners, because it’s great for toning up legs, your bottom and tummy — all of our favourite bits!

 

Try to include this exercise in your current home program. If you don’t already have a home program, then simply start by doing 1 minute of the front and side lunge with a twist on each leg.

Repeat this sequence 3 times before having a 1-minute rest, then simply do it all again! You can do this front and side lunge with a twist both with or without weights, depending on the level of your fitness.
