This is a great time of year to refocus , get back on track and give yourself a little, well needed TLC ! Try at least two of these simple things every day and I promise you will feel better, both physically and mentally ……….
1 Put your favourite ever songs on a playlist and dance around the house!
2 Do a grateful list ! Write down everything that is wonderful in your life and that you are grateful for
3 Meet up with a friend( outdoors ,obvs !), go for a walk somewhere beautiful and have a good old catch up and a giggle !
4 Arrange a family games night. Dig out your old favourite board games and get competitive !
5 Dress up and arrange an ‘occassion’ with loved ones eg a date night with a lovely meal with your partner or lunch with your children ! Put on your favourite outfit, one you feel really fabulous in , do your hair and put your lippy on ! Try a new , healthy recipe , like this delicious STEW RECIPE
