Honestly, they’re so easy!

Makes 8… don’t eat all at once.
- 3 tablespoons organic honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Gently melt coconut oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir cocoa powder, honey, and vanilla extract into melted oil until well blended. Pour mixture into a mold, paper cases or pliable tray. Refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour.
Tips… decorate and flavour with lemon or orange grind, dried coconut, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, strawberries, blueberries, chopped nuts, sesame seeds. Endless possibilities!
