Gaynor was recommended to me by a good friend of mine about six weeks ago. I have not exercised for a number of years and have most recently been at home looking after my two young children. However with the holidays coming to an end and a new career to embark on I needed some urgent help to make me feel fitter, more body confident and to lose those excess pounds – Gaynor was just the tonic!

Each class was energetic, well planned by Gaynor and lots of fun! On top of this I really learnt a lot about nutrition and how to improve my general well being, information that will guide me beyond my sessions with Gaynor.

The overall result was amazing 6lb weight loss, 6.5 cm dropped from my waist and lowering my % body fat all in just 6 weeks. I also feel much more energetic, motivated and positive all thanks to Gaynor – and of course my friend Michelle Wilson for introducing me!
