125 ml 100% coconut water
1 apple (organic)
1 kiwi (organic)
3 stalks celery (organic)
½ cucumber (organic)
1/2 avocado
1 in (2.5 cm) piece of ginger

Optional: If you want to add even more greens to this delicious hydrating green smoothie, then pop in some organic baby spinach leaves and/or fresh coriander and/or basil leaves to the mix.


Thoroughly wash all produce. Core the apple, peel the kiwi, chop the celery and cucumber, then peel the ginger. Place all of the ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker, then blend on high for 45-60 seconds until thoroughly combined.
