The fitness and nutrition program has been designed around my needs and the exercises change each week. They are varied and fun.
I have learnt a great deal about nutrition and have now incorporated this information into my family’s meals; all of us have benefited. I feel fitter, have more energy and sleep better at night; I’ve lost over a stone and dropped a clothing size, however more importantly have a much improved muscle to fat ratio / am more toned.
