As you may be aware, I rarely post free workouts — and there’s a good reason for that. Because here at B-Fit, we know that each of our lovely clients are different. That’s why my B-Fit clients have a full body assessment with our Exercise Therapist and Master Trainer Guy, so that your workouts are specifically tailored to your body and any specific needs, such as working around chronic knee pain.
However, there are endless ways to slim down, tone up and feel amazing that don’t require a pricey gym membership, trying to figure out confusing machines or waiting around for someone to wipe down the equipment. In fact, I’m a HUGE believer in ditching the gym altogether. And the fact that this B-Fit Fat Blast workout has been such a hit with my ladies, I figured it was the perfect time to share it with you too.
The best part is that you can do it anywhere at home, in the park or even on your hols in the hotel room or at the beach. So, you have no excuses to tone your flabby bits, increase your heart health and flood your brain with feel-good endorphins…
Before you begin, make sure that you do a warm-up for 5-10 minutes so that you reduce the chances of doing any damage to your muscles or joints. Make this a dynamic movement, such as squats and lunges with arm movements.
- Do the full circuit 3-4 times, at least 3x a week (if you want the best results, then you should aim for 5x!)
- Although you can do these bodyweight exercises without equipment, if you add hand weights, you’ll tone up faster. Start with 1kg and increase the weights gradually each week as you get stronger.
- Move straight on from one exercise to the next, only resting for 30–60 seconds between each full round (adjust the rest time to match your current fitness level)
