RUTH HAS LOST 3 STONE AND IS GLOWING

“My best hopes for my B-Fit course with Gaynor was to feel like me again,” says Ruth. “I wanted to have energy, to be able to run again, to lose weight, feel toned and to fit into the size 12 leather jeans!

Ruth is one of my lovely clients who got in touch, because she wanted to lose weight and get fit. Ruth’s main goal was “to fit into my size 12 leather jeans again” at the start of her journey and before she knew it, the excess pounds started dropping off!
