When Lyndsey first came to see me, she wanted to drop a dress size in time for her wedding. When we dove deeper into her WHY?, we discovered that she wanted to feel in control of her nutrition and eating habits, as well as feel more confident in her body, more energetic, slimmer and toned.

And as you can clearly see, Lyndsey has exceeded all her goals in time for her hen do — and is now continuing to tone up and feel even more fabulous for her wedding (she still has over six weeks left until her big day). In just 8 weeks, she’s shifted a stone and a half, lost 49cm all over and drastically increased her muscle tone by lowering her fat and visceral fat percentages so that she appears more toned and is far more healthier.

Lyndsey has also got rid of her cravings for rubbish ultraprocessed foods and is enjoying delicious healthy foods, which have now just become her ‘norm’! This photo is of Lyndsey at her hen do — doesn’t she look radiant and absolutely fabulous? This is what she says about working with B-Fit………

UPDATE: Lyndsey drops TWO dress sizes for her Wedding Day and feels fabulous!!!

In the space of just 13 weeks, Lyndsey managed to drop not one, but TWO dress sizes, she drastically reduced her fat/visceral fat percentages, increased her toned lean muscles AND lost 68 cm in ALL the right places — as you can see from the beautiful wedding day photo of Lyndsey with her new (lucky) husband! She has also cracked all her cravings for rubbish and now enjoys healthy and nutritious food — without counting calories, macros or points.

And if that wasn’t enough, she has also made exercise an enjoyable habit and continues to see me for her PT / Nutrition sessions each week — she also does her personalised B-Fit exercise programs at home 2-3 times a week!
