Training sessions are generally an hour, unless you book an express session.

Your FREE Consultation & Fitness Assessment includes:


  • An initial informal chat to establish your main goals, requirements, and preferences.
  • Discussion about your lifestyle and diet to establish how and where we can improve things to help you achieve your goals.
  • A health & Fitness assessment with a qualified female personal trainer, including checking your Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Weight, Measurements, Body Fat percentage plus some basic fitness and strength tests to establish your current level of fitness and discuss any concerns, injuries or medical conditions.

From this consultation, your personalised bespoke action plan and phase 1 of your fitness programme can then be written by your personal trainer based on your needs and requirements. This consultation and fitness appraisal is free when you block book 12 or more sessions.
